- SHELF STABLE: This syrup is shelf stable for 12 months. Refrigerate after opening. Will keep refrigerated 6 months. Settling of ingredients is completely normal. Shake before use.

The Pratt Standard
Since 2014, we have built our cocktail syrup company around authenticity and flavor. All of our syrups are carefully developed and hand-crafted — from peeling ginger to labeling each bottle ourselves. We originally chose the name TRUE Syrups & Garnishes to convey the premium quality of our pre-Prohibition-style syrups. Over time, though, we realized that this name did not fully reflect our values. What we really want is for people to create connections with others by sharing a cocktail. Today, we are Pratt Standard Cocktail Company. We continue to strive to create syrups that not only reflect our passion and dedication, but also elevate your cocktail drinking experience.

Pratt Standard Syrups
True Ginger Syrup
Our True Ginger Syrup is made from whole ginger root and organic evaporated cane juice, as opposed too extracts used in most commercial ginger beer. We painstakingly peel and juice ginger root to give you a spicy ginger kick in classic cocktails like the Moscow Mule and the Penicillin.
This concentrate syrup is great mixed with club soda or seltzer to make homemade ginger beer. We recommend a 1:4 ratio of our ginger syrup to club soda. If you prefer a beverage closer to ginger ale, a 1:6 ratio may be more appropriate.
